Prof. Satoh has received the JSWE Research Award 2023 from the Japan Society on Water Environment.
Awarded for " Research into the elucidation of the phenomenon of organic matter storage by microorganisms in sewage treatment processes and its engineering application"
The Award is presented to an individual who is a member of the Japan Society on Water Environment and has produced particularly outstanding academic research results, such as a series of papers or books related to the water environment.
